1. Streamer
Cause of the problem:
1. Too much dilution dose;

3. The nozzle is too large and too close to the object surface;
4. Spraying speed is too slow
5. The surface of the object is not smooth and there is oil stain.
terms of settlement:
1. Diluent is added in proportion;
2. Each coat is not easy to be too thick, with an interval of 10 minutes;
3. Choose 1.5-2.0mm nozzle, keep 20-625px between nozzle and object surface;
4. Control the spraying speed;
5. Clean the material surface.
2. Loss of light
Cause of the problem:
1. The construction environment is dusty;
2. The nozzle is too small, the pressure is too large, and the paint cannot be opened physically and chemically;
3. The nozzle is too close to the object surface;
4. The prepared paint is placed too long.

1. Keep the construction environment clean and ventilation more reasonable;
2. Select proper nozzle and adjust the pressure (0.15-0.2mp);
3. The distance between nozzle and object surface is 20-625px;
4. Do not mix too much paint at a time, and the prepared paint should be used up within 4 hours.
3. Blistering
Cause of the problem:
1. The construction environment is dusty;
2. The nozzle is too small, the pressure is too large, and the paint cannot be opened physically and chemically;
3. The nozzle is too close to the object surface;
4. The prepared paint is placed too long;
5. Short interval between layers;
6. The wood is poorly sealed, and after the film is formed, the air on the blank expands outward.

1. The material surface shall be dry, and the humidity of the base material shall not be too high;
2. The humidity shall not be too high to avoid the paint contacting with water;
3. Use oil-water separator to drain water regularly;
4. The prepared paint shall be left for 5-20 minutes before use;
5. Before painting, apply the sealing primer once.
4. Undercut
Cause of the problem:
1. The paint is too thick and the dilution dose is too small;
2. The nozzle pressure is too large or too close to the object surface;
3. The construction environment temperature is too high.

1. Primer and finish shall be used together, and the interval time of coating shall be appropriate;

5. Orange peel

1. Add a proper amount of diluent or a small amount of leveling agent;
2. Adjust the nozzle pressure, not too close to the material surface;
3. Pay attention to the construction environment temperature.
6. Pinhole
Cause of the problem:
1. The base material is unclean and the compressed air is unclean;
2. Large amount of curing agent and small amount of diluent;
3. After the paint is prepared, the time for standing is short.
4. The coating is too thick, and the interval time is not enough when spraying multiple layers;
5. The putty is not fully dried.
6. The construction environment temperature is too high and the humidity is too high.
terms of settlement:
1. Handle the base material and pay attention to the cleaning of compressed air;
2. Correctly control the paint proportion;
3. The prepared paint can only be used after standing for 10 minutes;
4. Spray in two times with proper interval;
5. Make the putty fully dry;
6. If the temperature is too high in summer, reduce the curing agent and increase the diluent accordingly.
