Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
1, development, familiar with and grasp the market, according to the principle of "high quality, low price", shop around, choose the best purchase;
2, pay attention to the collection of market information, timely feedback to the department leaders market prices and related information;
3. Arrange the procurement order reasonably, arrange the procurement plan in advance and purchase the raw materials that are in short supply and need to be purchased long-distance;
4. Follow the orders, track the unit price, delivery time and quality that have been sent to the supplier;
5. Organize acceptance and quality review of supplier delivered products;
6. Responsible for the statistics and management of procurement contracts, orders and invoices.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, proficient in computer office software operation, articulate; Knowledge of paint industry is preferred
2, equivalent position more than one year related work experience;
3, hard-working, can withstand a certain amount of work pressure;
4, familiar with the procurement process;
5, work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, with strong team spirit;
6, with strong negotiation ability and control of suppliers;
7, have a strong cost awareness and product cost analysis ability.
